The Classic Prop Hire Company is a major prop hire group which includes Seasons Textiles, Classic Modern and Number Eight. We are a leading supplier of props and set dressing to the film & TV industry.

We are looking for a highly organized, adaptable, and creative person with strong communication skills to join us in Classic Modern as our new Senior Coordinator.

As Senior Coordinator you would take the lead in welcoming customers and coordinating all hires with them via phone, email and in person. Ensuring all orders are processed efficiently by the whole team and support the Customer & Stock Coordinator in managing all stock repair, loss, and damage.   

In addition, you would be responsible for photographing all new stock and updating both our internal computer systems and website as necessary.

Finally, you would offer collaboration and support to the Classic Modern loading bay team in the picking and preparing of stock for dispatch as required.

This is a varied and interesting role that would give you a full understanding of the department. 

Responsibilities & Duties

• To act as the first point of contact for customers regarding all Classic Modern enquiries
• Support the Customer & Stock Coordinator in managing all stock repair, loss, and damage
• Photograph all new stock and update both in house IT and website as necessary
• Collaborate and support the Classic Modern loading bay team
• Undertake any ad-hoc duties as needed

Ideally, you would have:

• An interest in the film industry or modern design
• Some relevant experience in a similar role
